Everyone hits rough patches and can benefit from emotional support and practical tools. Emotional health is not often modeled or taught in the common culture, and so it helps to have a guide on the journey to serenity, freedom and joy.
It is a pleasure to work with teens and adults seeking to relieve anxiety, deepen relationships and navigate transition.

If you wonder why you “can’t control” your reactions sometimes, please have compassion with yourself. This response is physiological not psychological. You can’t help yourself in the moment, because you are literally hijacked by the part of the brain responsible for fight, flight or freeze. I can help you to restore balance with body-centered tools you can practice right away so that you can respond calmly to triggers rather than react with strong emotions. I honor clients as unique individuals and tailor the treatment and process accordingly, using a variety of tools.
“Time with Jen is restorative to my body, mind, and spirit. I leave feeling whole, grounded, and nourished with truth. She has an immense capacity to be present with all that is expressed… fully accepting of all parts of me. Incredibly wise and deeply intuitive, she has joy and brightness in her eyes. I’m so grateful to be doing this work with her ~ it is helping to create the space for me to grow into who I truly am.” CM
As educator, writer and speaker, I teach brain-based and mindfulness skills that help individuals who struggle with anxiety boost self-esteem and find balance and calm. To promote healing, I practice skills, such as Brainspotting and Reiki, to ensure release and resolution so that people might tap into creative possibilities, fulfill their potential and feel loved. My goal is to help as many people as possible communicate from their creative brain, thereby connecting with others to find solutions to the world’s challenges.
“It is the conviction to love that gives birth to miracles… Only if we are doing our own work will we be able to rise collectively to a place where changes are going to be able to occur.” Marianne Williamson
